Our name

The name Khokhoon is a playful take on the word “cocoon.” 
We see our space as just that—a cocoon for leaders, teams, and businesses to pause, reflect, and access the tools they need to grow and thrive.

Karabo Ramookho

Founder

Karabo Ramookho is a leadership and team cohesion coach with over two decades of experience helping people lead better, build stronger teams, and grow thriving businesses. As the founder of Khokhoon Coaching, she works with leaders at all levels—from first-time managers to seasoned executives—guiding them to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Her coaching is grounded in the belief that people are the heartbeat of every business. She specialises in leadership development, team cohesion, and small business support, using practical tools and facilitation methods to shift culture, spark innovation, and build accountability.

Karabo is a certified professional coach and accredited in the Five Lens Enneagram, helping individuals and teams gain deeper insight into how they show up, collaborate, and grow together.

With a background in sales and marketing in the financial services sector, she brings a commercially minded, results-focused approach—balancing strategy with empathy. She also partners with a carefully selected team of professionals to deliver top-tier, customised services to all of Khokhoon’s clients.

Whether supporting leaders through change, aligning teams, or scaling impact, her mission remains the same: to grow leaders who grow others.

We help new leaders and founders lead confidently in their first 90 days, and support experienced leaders through personal growth and change. Our coaching includes strategic support for decision-making and team alignment, as well as tailored Employee Wellbeing Programmes for executive resilience and performance.

02. Team Cohesion

We help teams align around a shared purpose, navigate change, build accountability, and foster a culture where people show up authentically—and make space for others to do the same. Our process includes strategy alignment sessions and creative problem-solving tools to strengthen collaboration and drive results.

03. Life Coaching

We help individuals gain clarity, overcome limiting beliefs, and navigate change—moving toward their goals with purpose and confidence. Our coaching supports personal leadership development by building self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and the mindset needed to lead well in life and work.

04. Small Business Coaching

We help founders prepare for growth—equipping them with the leadership, team, and operational tools needed to scale sustainably and lead with confidence. Our focus is on businesses generating R500,000 or more in annual revenue that are ready to scale and build strong, values-driven organisations.
