Karabo Ramookho
Founder
Karabo is the founder and lead coach at Khokhoon. Her personal mission and passion lies in assisting individuals in living out their divine purpose and thriving, regardless of their life stage or job position. The establishment of Khokhoon was born out of a desire to aid individuals and businesses in effectively navigating a fast-paced and constantly changing world. Karabo’s two decades of experience in leadership and management in hospitality, TV production, and financial services provide valuable insights for her coaching and storytelling, making her well-equipped to work with people from all walks of life. As a married mother of three, Karabo enjoys spending relaxed weekends with close friends and family. She also has a passion for travel and has a fondness for sneakers and Crocs.

02. Leadership Coaching
We specialise in assisting prospective and new managers/leaders in navigating the intricate realm of management and leading others. Our comprehensive approach includes personalised one-on-one sessions and engaging workshops that enable leaders to identify their strengths and areas for development. We cover a wide range of essential management and leadership practices, including time management, effective communication, running efficient meetings, and managing diverse teams from various cultural backgrounds. Additionally, we delve into topics such as effective delegation, conflict resolution, decision-making, and numerous other crucial skills. Our aim is to equip managers and leaders with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in their roles and drive success within their organisations.

We collaborate with small business owners to assist them in growing their businesses, while also equipping them with valuable insights and tools to enhance their organisational and staff capabilities. Our support extends to enhancing leadership skills and fostering strong interpersonal capabilities, both of which are crucial for leading and developing sustainable businesses.
05. Copywriting
We work with businesses that are seeking to create an awareness of their offering as well as growing their existing base through copy that drives users and customers to action.
06. Keynote Speaker, Corporate MC and Facilitation
Our founder, Karabo – is a dynamic speaker, facilitator and MC with 10 years of experience. She has worked with corporates and small businesses, presenting to audiences across South Africa. Karabo has also worked as a company spokesperson for a leading financial services brand and is adept at working with the media. As a business, we can develop & facilitate short, customised skills courses for businesses.
