Karabo Ramookho is the Founder and Lead Coach at Khokhoon. She is a leadership and team cohesion coach and facilitator with more than two decades of experience leading people and working across sales, marketing, client service and business operations.

Before founding Khokhoon, Karabo held senior corporate roles where she led teams, managed change and was accountable for both people and performance. She understands that leadership development must do more than create insight. It must improve decisions, behaviour and the way work gets done.

Clients bring Karabo in when leadership, team dynamics or the way a business operates is limiting progress. She takes time to assess the context and observe what is happening before shaping the engagement around the outcome required.

Karabo is a certified professional coach and accredited Five Lens Enneagram practitioner. Her approach is honest, practical, and commercially aware. She is prepared to challenge what needs challenging and help clients follow through on what must change.
